Heartfulness Meditation

The goal is to focus only on breathing and to ignore other thoughts that enter the mind.
The science of spirituality is coming of age. But, a serious meditator does not need scientific evidence to convince them of the benefits. They have their own experimental proof in the form of personal experiences and inner changes. And of course there are many inner experiences that go beyond science, beyond knowledge.
We have initiated the first level of Heartfulness meditation for classes 10 to 12. In the first level students are exposed to meditation for 3 consecutive days, followed by 16 presentations, one per week.
Heartfulness meditation’s advantages are reduced anxiety, improved concentration, and greater emotional flexibility.
