Wellness Wednesdays 2023

                                                        WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS

As a part of the school health and well-being project, Our School planned to follow a healthy food style every Wednesday. 

Posters emphasizing the above were posted in the class groups. Information about the wellness Wednesday’s were sent through the School handbook. 

Children were advised to bring only nutritious vegetarian food items like pulses, legumes, veg salads, fruit salads, and bread in the form of veg sandwiches, cheese, etc. for their snacks and to strictly  avoid packed foods.

Efforts paid off and last Wednesday was a gourmet’s delight.
