75th Independence Day

The 75th Independence Day – Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav – was grandly celebrated on 15th August in our school premises. Students from KG to 12th showcased their talents by delivering motivating performances in commemoration of the glorious Diamond Jubilee occasion of India’s independence.

The momentous day dawned with an invocation to the Almighty, as the school choir sung the Thamizh Thai Vazhthu. Dharshini of 8C welcomed the gathering with a rousing speech on our nation’s incredible achievements in the last 75 years.

It was followed by the Flag Hoisting ceremony, in which our Managing Trustee Shri Dharmichand Singhvi sir proudly hoisted the National Flag as the entire audience saluted in response. The choir soon followed it up with the Flag Song, as a mark of respect and admiration to the Indian Flag that was fluttering high in the sky.

After that, correspondent sir Shri Kishan Srisrimal Jain, gave an enthralling speech that captivated & motivated the entire audience

The Independence Day celebrations followed, beginning with the March Past, followed by a graceful dance performance by our tiny tots of UKG. It was then followed by inspiring speeches in 3 languages by our school children, and magnificent music and dance performances.

The occasion came to an end with the vote of thanks, and the national anthem was sung by our school choir.

The little Indians of SBSM KG celebrated Independence day on 15.08.2022 in SSVJ Block with zeal and fervour.
