Onam 2019

To welcome the homecoming of King Mahabali,SSVJ block of our school was decorated with ‘ Floral Kolams’. It was overflowing with fragrance of flowers. The activity was inaugurated by our school Secretary, Honourable Shri. L.Dharmichand Singhvi and Honourable Managing Trustee, Shri. Rajkumar Jain. They lit the kuthuvilakku and enjoyed the performance of the students. U.K.G children enacted the significance of celebrating the festival ‘Onam’. L.K.G children depicted a keralite family making the ‘Athapoo kolam’. PreKg children danced welcoming the pononam. Celebrations pass the legends, knowledge and tradition on to the next generation. That is what we KG Teachers of Shri B.S Mootha school believe in.
