Independence Day 2019

‘The Secret to happiness is freedom, And the secret to freedom is courage.’ 73rd Independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at Shri B.S. Mootha Girls Senior secondary School. The ceremony started at 9a.m.in the school open ground with large crowd of staff, students and parents. Chairman of our school Shri Hastimal Nahar was the Chief Guest of the programme. Managing Trustee Rajkumar Jain, Secretary Dharmichand Singvi, Correspondent Mr.Paras Singh Munoth, Principal Ms. Usha Nandhini, the members of the Rajasthani Jain Samaj were escorted by the prayer. The School Pupil Leader Kasturi Bhaghath of class XII D welcomed the Chief Guest and the management members. To Commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, the Chief Guest unfurled the tricolor flag and all in unison sang the flag song and expressed the joy of our freedom. The cultural programme began after the speech of Chief guest and the students. Further, it was flourished by a skit by KG students, a Patriotic song and a dance by the students VI to IX. The Programme concluded up with the vote of thanks by Harshitha of Class IX A . We sang the national anthem. At the end sweets were distributed to the students. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and unity in diversity. Jai Hind
