Event Report: Apna Desh – National Intergration Day on 19.11.24

Our school’s ‘Apna Desh’ event was a vibrant celebration of India’s rich cultural heritage. The event was presided over by the Secretary Mr. Nirmal Nahar, the correspondent Mr. Rajkumar Jain and graced by the enthusiastic participation of the students, trained by their efficient teachers. Through various performances, students showcased the beauty of our nation’s diversity, unity, and resilience. It was an excellent opportunity for students to explore India’s cultural tapestry.

The KG students stole the show with their adorable performance, showcasing India’s diverse cultures. The ramp walk featured an array of traditional attire, highlighting India’s rich textile heritage. The group dance by the 7^th graders was a high energy performance that got everyone clapping along. 4^th graders’ song rendition touched hearts. The solo performance of a 9^th grader was a stunning display of classical Indian dance, in 15 languages. The skit by the 11^th graders raised important social issues, including demonetization, sparking meaningful conversations.

The ‘Apna Desh’ event was a resounding success, showcasing the school’s commitment to promoting cultural awareness, national pride, and teamwork.”
