ANGLOMANIA 2024 – 2025

“Language is the gateway to global communication and cultural understanding.” At SBSM, we strive to cultivate linguistic and literary skills in our students, recognizing the importance of language in today’s world. To celebrate this, an Anglomania program was held on November 11th, 2024, featuring a variety of engaging events: KG dance performance, theater play, quiz, and speeches.

The program was presided over by the Secretary, Mr. Nirmal Nahar; The Correspondent, Mr. Rajkumar Jain; The Academic Advisor, Dr. Indira Rangan, The Vice President,.           Mr. Mandalal Gundecha. The Principal, Mrs. Deivanai, and management members also attended the program.

The program commenced with a warm welcome speech and dance that gave a perfect start for the day. Students captivated the audience with a theater play, creatively portraying ‘The Merchant of Venice’. The quiz  provided an exciting platform for students to showcase their knowledge. Additionally, the speech and pronunciation competition highlighted the students’ proficiency and command over the English language.

The event culminated with a prize distribution ceremony, recognizing the efforts and achievements of the participants. Finally, the vote of thanks was delivered, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to making the program a memorable success. The event concluded with a sense of pride and accomplishment among students and faculty alike, fostering a deeper appreciation for language and literature at SBSM.
