On January 13th, 2025, the SBSM school premises was abuzz with excitement as the finals of the “SBSM Has Got Talent” show took center stage. The event, aimed at showcasing the unique abilities of its students, was a grand success, with 2306 participants vying for top honors in 45 events.

The journey to the finals was a long and exciting one, with 826 participants making it to the semifinals from the preliminary round. Of these, 169 participants emerged as finalists, competing in 15 events that tested their creative, intellectual, and skill-based talents.

The Valedictory Function began with a prayer, setting the tone for a memorable evening. The chairman Sri Harish L Metha, Our Correspondent Sri Raj Kumar Jain Sir, and the Principal in charge Mrs. Deivanai were in attendance, along with esteemed alumnae Ms. Padmaja Sankaran, Ms. Vatsallya Thulasidharan, Ms. Karnika, Ms. Neeya Roy and Ms. Akshayalakshmi, who served as judges for the show. Ms. Vaijayanti Mala, in charge of the “SBSM Has Got Talent” initiative, presented a comprehensive report of the talent show, highlighting the impressive participation and exceptional talent on display.

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of the 12 winners and the coveted “Talent Maestro” award. The winners were presented with prizes, amidst thunderous applause and cheers from the audience. Our Correspondent Sri Raj Kumar Jain Sir delivered a motivational and inspiring speech, encouraging students to continue nurturing their talents and pursuing their passions.

The judges, too, shared their thoughts and impressions of the talent show, praising the participants for their exceptional skills and dedication. Their feedback and insights added a new dimension to the event, providing valuable guidance and encouragement to the students.

The “SBSM Has Got Talent” show was a resounding success, with SBSM providing a platform for its students to showcase their unique abilities and talents.
